We use the best materials we can find for our Tree Tent structures. Marine grade, waterproof fabrics that stand the test of time, outside in the woods - all year round.
As such, we can’t bring ourselves to waste the offcuts. Instead, instead we make these amazing, functional and ‘tough as old boots’ backpacks from them. A 100% melton wool interior insulates your things and protects them from the elements.
Our rucksacks are handmade to order in our UK workshop, with a lead time of approx. 7-10 days. If you're ordering a large quantity, you can contact us at info@treetents.co.uk to check lead times, or submit your order and we'll contact you to confirm estimated date of arrival.

The Tree Tents rucksack is durable, sustainable and dependable in any situation.
The amazing marine-grade canvas used for our Tree Tent withstands being out in the forest all year round. So, just imagine how long it will last as a backpack! It comes in the same shades as our Tree Tents, and is fully waterproof. It’s ready for anything - from the office, to the mountaintops.
The 100% Melton wool liner is similarly made from the same hard-wearing & sustainable wool fabric used for our Tree Tent insulation. Your drinks stay cold, and your items are protected. Other features include side loops & carabineer, side-entry zip (which no roll top bag should be without), stainless steel fittings, ultra strong zips and herringbone webbing.
