You prepare your beautiful site: You just need to prepare the site where the structures will land. We can work together to ensure facilities are organised, planning permissions are granted (if required) and operational logistics are in place. Our team of designers, engineers and architects can provide a proposal which includes a proposed site masterplan, map, competitor analysis & more…

We agree on the share of rental income received by each partner & benefit from the power of two brands and teams marketing the site.
