We are delighted to present the first Tree Tents managed site! We have been working closely with Little Thakeham Farm to provide a wonderful retreat in the West Sussex countryside, complete with private facilities and our trademark sense of adventure.

We are delighted to present our first Tree Tents managed site! We have worked closely with Little Thakeham Farm to provide a wonderful retreat in a beautiful West Sussex setting.

With plenty of your own private space and freedom around the Tree Tent, alongside sole use of the kitchen and bathroom facilities, a hot tank, pizza oven, and plenty of other amenities and activities in the surrounding area, the Strawberry Lane Tree Tent is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Where to go?

Our Tree Tents site is in the heart of West Sussex, on Little Thakeham Farm. These 220 acres of historical English countryside surround Little Thakeham itself, a building designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1902.

  • 🚗 Approx. 1.5 hours from London by car, or 30 minutes from Brighton
  • 🚄 ~1 hour 10 mins from London Victoria by train, to closest station, Billingshurst
  • 🚕 Approx. 12 min drive from Billingshurst Station

Having spent 10 years creating our structures for beautiful sites around the world, we are delighted - for the first time - to be hosting one for ourselves. Little Thakeham is a magical, natural area in the English countryside and just a hop, skip and jump from Tree Tents HQ. We can't think of a better place to begin our adventures as hosts, and we can't wait to share our camping vision with our guests!
