THE MATERIALS
A STRONG STRUCTURAL FRAME
Each one of our structures is constructed around a lightweight frame, precision engineered from a core of recycled aluminium and sustainably sourced CNC cut plywood. This balance makes it strong, durable and light, reducing the impact on your trees as well as cost and energy in production, transport and installation.

A WEATHER-TIGHT OUTER SHELL
The outer shell of our canvas structures is made of a highly durable, marine grade synthetic canvas, specifically developed for prolonged use in harsh, challenging environments. Having rigorously tested both natural and synthetic fibres our experts found this outperforms the rest in every way.
Exterior Fabric :
► Solution dyed for colour fastness and fade resistance (ISO 105: B02, 7-8)
► Solution dyed for resistance against stains and chemical cleaning
► Solution dyed to reduce water and energy consumption (uses 90% less water and 21% less energy than yarn dying techniques)
► Anti-UV treated
► Anti-mildew treated
► Durable water repellent finish (ISO 811, >500mm)
► Tear resistant (ISO 13937, >80/80N)
► 100% recyclable
A WARM + DRY INTERIOR LINER
Our structures come with a quality interior lining as standard, with the option to upgrade to a luxurious 100% wool lining. Combine this with our space-age multi-foil insulation and a micro wood burner and your new structure will transform a site that experiences even the harshest winters, into a profitable year-round destination.
